The appearance of a leather product and its service life depends on careful treatment and timely care!

CARE OF LEATHER GOODS

– Leather products are not 100% waterproof, so avoid getting the product very wet in the rain or sleet. To protect the bag, backpack from getting wet, periodically treat the product with a water-repellent impregnation or cream that contains beeswax.- Dry wet leather products at room temperature, away from heating devices and heat sources. If you are drying bags or a backpack, you can stuff the product with paper (newspaper) so that the shape is preserved during the drying process.- Dust and fine dirt can be cleaned of the product with a soft, slightly damp cloth, sponge or brush with delicate bristles. To remove heavier dirt, use a soap solution (soap suds). This is especially true for white leather products. Such products need to be cleaned of dirt as often as possible. For the care of leather bags, backpacks and belts, do not use potent solutions, such as acetone, nail polish remover, chemical solvents, alkalis and acids. Carefully unzip and fasten the zippers. Do not expose the fittings to mechanical stress.- Regularly check and, if necessary, screw on the small screws that hold the fittings.

Staining the surface of other things under friction and moisture. This is due to the technology of skin coloring and the instability of the pigment of saturated colors. Do not carry brightly colored bags with light-colored clothing.5. Slight stretches of the leather during wear and use. In the process of wearing, the leather in the products may stretch a little, which is not a defect.


THE WARRANTY FOR LEATHER PRODUCTS DOES NOT APPLY TO:

1. Damage resulting from the use of the product for purposes other than its intended purpose (for a purpose that does not correspond to the generally accepted scope of this product) or in the event of force majeure.2. Damage caused by ingress of chemicals into or on the surface of the product.
3. The presence of natural creases and curves, the pattern of leather with a natural texture.4. Fading or shedding (from the sun and moisture) of the color of the painted product.5. Marks on the purl of leather, if the product is produced without lining.


STORAGE OF LEATHER PRODUCTS:

1. Leather products must be stored in rooms with room temperature and with a moisture level that is natural for living quarters.2. Long-term storage of leather products in plastic bags is not allowed.3. It is not allowed to store leather products in sunlight and in the light of bright lamps.

QUALITY CLAIMS ARE NOT ACCEPTED IN CASE OF NON-COMPLIANCE WITH THE RULES OF OPERATION
AND STORAGE OF LEATHER GOODS!

The Buyer has the right to refuse the GoodsProperquality within the following periods:— until the receipt of the Goods by the Buyer or his representative — at any time;— from the moment of receipt of the Goods by the Buyer or his representative — within 7 (seven) calendar days. The Buyer's expenses for returning the Goods of proper quality to the Seller are not reimbursed by the Seller.

The refund period is 10 (ten) days from the date of transfer of the returned Goods to the Seller and the submission by the Buyer of the relevant written request (applicationReturn of the Goods of proper quality is possible if:- the Goods have not been used, their marketable condition has been preserved (original packaging (undamaged), factory labels, seals, tags, etc.);- the consumer properties of the Goods have been preserved;- there are documents for the Goods confirming the fact of purchase of the returned Goods from the Seller (cash register, sales receipt, postal receipt or other document confirming the fact of purchase of goods from the Seller).

If the above conditions are not met, the Seller does not accept the goods for return.

The method of sending the returned goods to the Seller is chosen by the Buyer independently. If the goods are delivered to the Seller with damage (about which an act is drawn up), then the Seller does not reimburse the money for the damaged goods, and the Buyer submits claims to the delivery service of the goods, which damaged it during delivery.

The Buyer has no right to return or exchange the goods of proper quality if: the goods have individually defined properties and can be used only by this Buyer

If the Buyer submits a claim to the Seller in respect of the GoodsImproperThe Buyer has the right to:— return the goods of inadequate quality to the Seller with a refund of the money paid;— replace the goods of inadequate quality with a similar one without recalculating the price;— replace the goods of inadequate quality with another product with a recalculation of the price.— reduce the price of the goods of inadequate quality;— demand free elimination of defects of the goods of inadequate quality; by filling out a refund application in advance. Claims for the return or exchange of goods of inadequate quality can be filed within the warranty period of one year (paragraphs 1, 2 of Article 19 of the Law of the Russian Federation "On the Protection of Consumer Rights").

In case the Buyer submits a claim for the quality of the goods, the Seller requires the Buyer to send photo/video materials, on the basis of which he considers the claim through internal verification. Based on the results of the inspection, the Seller makes decisions on the recognition of the claim as justified / unfounded and on the necessity / absence of the need to send the goods by the Buyer to the Seller. Such consideration of the claim and making a decision must be made by the Seller within 7 (seven) days from the date of receipt of the claim.

The consumer's claims for a proportionate reduction in the purchase price of the goods, reimbursement of the costs of correcting the defects of the goods by the consumer or a third party, return of the amount paid for the goods shall be satisfied by the seller (manufacturer, authorized organization or authorized individual entrepreneur, importer) within ten days from the date of presentation of the relevant claim.

If it is impossible to establish the cause of the defects of the goods and the guilty party, the Seller may initiate an examination, and it is carried out at the expense of the Seller. Based on the results of the examination: If the examination establishes that the Seller is responsible for the defects of the Goods, then he shall reimburse the cost of the Goods and compensate for the documented costs incurred by the Buyer for the return of the Goods to the Seller, within 10 (ten) days from the date of receipt of the conclusion of the independent examination.

If the examination establishes that the defects are related to circumstances for which the Seller is not responsible, the Buyer shall reimburse the Seller for the cost of the examination, the costs of returning and storing the Goods.The warranty period from the date of purchase of the Goods is 50 days (paragraph 9 of GOST 28631-2005). including locks, zippers, fasteners, fasteners, shoulder straps, handles, extendable trolleys, wheels and decorative elements.
