Delivery and Working Hours

You can receive your order at pick-up points, order delivery by courier to your door, or arrange for pickup from our store in the Afimall City shopping center at Moscow, Presnenskaya embankment, 2, or pickup from our warehouse at Karmanitsky 2/5 (entrance from yard).

You can find out the cost of delivery in the Shopping Cart when placing an order.
Delivery times, costs and responsibility for delivery are determined by the transport company.

Return
Return of goods of proper quality

Return of goods of proper quality is possible if the product has not been used, its original appearance has been fully preserved, and there are no traces of contamination.

The consumer has no right to refuse a product of appropriate quality, having individually defined properties, if the specified product can be used exclusively by the person purchasing it (in the case of initials).

Returns must be accompanied by a completed return application, which can be downloaded here.

In order to issue a return:

* within 7 days, not counting the day the order was received, send us a request, in which you indicate your details, order number and reason for return.
* within 14 days, not counting the day of receipt of the order, send the products you want to return using a courier service. Pack all products and the completed return application in the box.

The cost of sending the return of goods of good quality is not reimbursed.

After receiving and approving the return, we will transfer the funds to a card or bank account within up to 30 days.

Refunds are made according to the details specified in return application. Please note that the speed of receipt of funds depends on the speed of transaction processing by your bank and can reach 30 banking days.

If you want to exchange a product of good quality, please issue a return and then place a new order.


Returning goods of inadequate quality

If you find defects before using the product, you can return it to the online store or exchange it for a similar product of good quality.

If you want to exchange a product of poor quality, please provide this information when applying for a return.

In order to issue a return:
